Responsibility: 

To provide effective and professional services to oversee full spectrum of HR functions for the designated portfolios, as well as to work closely with the team for the HR related projects, in order to strengthen the corporate culture and achieve the vision of the Group in Hong Kong.

Major duties:

  • Work closely with designated business unit(s)to ascertain their needs and recommend effective organizational structure and manpower arrangement for accomplishment of business objectives in the short and long term.
  • Provide HR services to frontline staff, ranging from manpower planning, annual budget, talent sourcing, annual salary review, bonus scheme, performance management and employee relations.
  • Handle end-to-end talent acquisition process including sourcing and shortlisting applications, conducting interviews and partnering with hiring managers for selection and placement, enhancing candidate experience and brand building.
  • Keep update on recruitment best practices, pay trends of key competitors for effective talent attraction and retention.
  • Select effective recruitment channels and monitor regularly on the effectiveness.
  • Compile HR management reports and data analysis.
  • Assist in staff relation and communication programs, initiatives and activities to reinforce company cultures and values, to maintain harmonious staff relations and stable workforce.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent discipline
  • At least 6 years related experience. Experience in frontline staff recruitment is highly preferred
  • Strong HR concepts & business acumen and proficient in Labor Ordinance
  • Good interpersonal and management skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office in particular Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Human Resoucres
