To support Analytics Managers on digital media strategies and analytics, in order to provide insights at corporate level to achieve business objectives of different brands and identify the potential for brands marketing activities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agencies in organizing effective marketing activities (incl. media planning & executions) to achieve high performance to meet business objectives and promote the brand contents effectively through all digital media touch points
  • Drive evaluation of digital campaigns (Display, Programmatic, Social Media and SEM) and channels, including ad performance tracking, conversion and usage behavior tracking
  • Provide regular insights to brands with campaign measurement, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
  • Leverage on media analytics tools such as Social listening tool, Double click, Google analytics to gauge insights on web and media and support real time optimization
  • Collaborate with brands to define appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for various marketing activity types (i.e. lead generation campaigns, event marketing, and awareness)
  • Work closely with media agency and media partners for new media initiatives to ensure we bring impact to the media plans
  • Learn cutting edge marketing technology to support overall digital transformation in the organization training aspect

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related discipline
  • 4-5 yrs working experience in digital marketing (Agency work experience is a plus; primarily in client servicing and media planning role)
  • Knowledge of Media Analytics, Social listening, Google Analytics, Search engine marketing, and Programmatic media
  • Attention to detail and sensitivity in data and analytics
  • Agility to embrace change and keen in learning
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and passion in making things happen
