Responsibilities of Senior System Support Engineer

  • Work with a team to provide front-line operation support, system configuration, user account administration, timely fix problems and diagnostics to all issues relating Internal IT System
  • Monitoring the healthiness and fault reports of IT Systems
  • Manage the IT System Operations and program deployment
  • Liaise and work closely between various departments to support the overall business goal
  • Ensure that operation deliveries are completed consistently, on time and that they meet the quality standards

 

Responsibilities of System Support Engineer

  • Provide first line helpdesk support on IT-related issues to end users and keep track on helpdesk calls.
  • Provide technical support to the internal user via phone & email and perform remote technical troubleshooting
  • Provide end-user computing hardware and software support
  • Office 365 system operations and user support

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information System / Computer Studies or related disciplines is preferred
  • Three years or above working experience in IT related field is preferred
  • Certification of ITIL or PMP is preferred
  • Experience in the administration of Windows AD and Linux platform is preferred
  • Strong IT technical skills with excellent desktop/notebook support knowledge in a distributed computing environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
  • Communicate in both English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as System Support Engineer (high cailibre fresh grad is also welcomed)
