Our client is a reputable global IT service provider. They handle both local and regional projects.

Description

  • To build services relationships with clients.
  • Single point of contact (SPOC) on Operations matters.
  • Oversee day-to-day fault management for Critical / Escalated incident.
  • Provide regular updates and ensure timely fault resolution for Critical or Escalated incident.
  • Assist on trouble tickets, emails and problems escalated by Helpdesk
  • Overseeing the entire planned maintenance cycle for customer's critical services.
  • Handle complaint, manage technical support and analyze fault ticket

Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
  • 5-8 Years experience with Operations and Service Delivery, in IT Industry
  • Knowledge in Network Protocol and Networking WAN technologies.(e.g.: Network Protocol: OSPF, BGP, etc).
    (e.g.: WAN technologies : Leased Line, MPLS, VPN, Internet, Metho Ethernet, SD WAN, NFV, Clouds, Security etc).
  • Proficiency in Cisco routers and Firewall Configuration
  • Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good in report writing and presentation skill.
