Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set I/E shipping documents and all L/C banking documents
  • Follow up for trading contracts and update and provide reports as required
  • Co-ordinate & communicate with suppliers & internal–parties to preparing documents for ensure each logistic procedure
  • Maintain supplier and buyer delivery schedule and lead time, handle order discrepancies and receive inventory into system
  • Arrange shipment, closely monitor shipment schedule and control relevant cost and payment
  • Prepare reports for analysis periodically for regular operational reviews
  • Expedite and follow-up of work routine
  • To provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc assignment when necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 3 years relevant experience on logistics function like order processing, invoicing and transportation controls in trading company
  • Basie knowledge of Incoterms 2000 / UCP 500
  • Practical knowledge of imports and exports, regulatory and logistics management
  • Proficiency in computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Good command of both spoken/written English andMandarin
  • Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, team player and strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate available is preferable
