Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
  • Conduct regular meeting with Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Response for new staff on boarding and departure processes
  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, employee relations and performance management
  • Manage staff orientation, separation logistics and administration work

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills both in English and Chinese
  • Over 1 year of working experience in relevant field
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • A mature, friendly, proactive team player with strong communication skills and able to handle multi-task efficiently
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
