Responsibilities

  • Handle independently for design tech packs, with technical drawings, instruction on sizing, fitting, and workmanship
  • Review, comment and follow up throughout the whole sampling procedure, liaise directly with suppliers for revision
  • Being proactive and confident to provide solutions to technical issues to the customer that will be beneficial to all parties concerned
  • Understand the customer, lifestyle, positioning in the marketplace and product strategy
  • Work closely with different parties to understand the desired styling and fit intent of each product and develop tech packs that achieve this intent
  • Manage product details through a complete and accurate specification and approval process from development to product approval
  • Utilize forms and live models when appropriate for the best fit across brands and departments ensuring construction details match or exceed guest expectations
  • Research benchmarks to be current on trends, expression of fit and construction standards
  • Predict and plan for overcoming roadblocks and challenges as they occur in product development
  • Partner with vendors to inform of changes to target's technical process and provide feedback when vendors are not meeting expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Kid’s and Babies’ wear for EU market
  • Strong product and material knowledge with good technical skills
  • Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Literate in Microsoft office programs
