Leading world supplier of precision soft magnetic components and materials to the electronics industry.

Job Description



Assist PC users with day-to-day problems; investigate and report on PC hardware and software problems. 
Track and manage support requests. 
Support various client platforms, including Windows workstations, voice and data network. 
Review PC specifications and requisitions. 
Develop and maintain procedures for consistent, repeatable end-user support. 

Qualifications 

Experience in a technical position with responsibilities for support of Windows workstations, basic office software applications, voice and data networks. 
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience. 
PC experience/knowledge. 
PC or network support certifications helpful. 
Ability to travel to remote facilities by vehicle or air.
