The Job

  • Client: A Food & Snack Retail Chain
  • Position: Training Officer (Retail / FMCG Business)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop training programs to support both corporate and frontline staff
    • Assist the Learning and Development function from planning, execution to evaluation
    • Work closely with various front line managers to identify training needs and provide appropriate training supports
    • Evaluate the effectiveness and review the training programs by collecting and analyzing training results and business needs; initiate enhancement plan when necessary
    • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • $25K, 5 day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Training & Development / Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ experience at a sizable multinational retail / FMCG business or relevant industry is a must
  • Strong planning and organizing ability
  • Proactive, independent and team player
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and good presentation skills
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
