Responsibilities:

  • Work with UX/UI designers to deliver the strategies or goals defined by group or business stakeholders. 
  • Delivers on the consumer journey, solve business problems, mapping our user’s experience out and creating product and experience artifacts including: wireframes, information architecture, interaction flows, interactive prototypes, low-fidelity concepts and product briefs, as well as gathered user research including usability test findings.
  • Creating compelling stories to support proposed solutions that support our user-centered design approach and capture internal clients and colleagues imaginations to gain buy-in.
  • Continual improvement of internal user experience processes and methodologies by adopting the latest developments in the UX community and wider digital industry to keep on the cutting edge of experience design
  • Proven experience working successfully by leading and running collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams on challenging projects and to conceive, describe, and craft useful digital products and services.
  • Proven experience with iterative design and creative processes for both application / product and website design
  • Acts as business advocate gathering user requirements, conduct user interviews and surveys across multiple teams and organizations to map customer journey, Survey design, usability facilitation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Technology.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in digital product management and strategy, experience design and information architecture of websites, apps or other interactive products
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a UX or Digital Strategy role leading strategy and execution of digital products for or within a large organization. 
  • Assist in developing visually striking artifacts for storytelling, facilitated workshops, presentations and other deliverables
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices and Agile Environment.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of project life-cycle from initiation to closure on multiple projects. An Agile and/or PMP certification would be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience working with technical front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, and Responsive design frameworks such as Foundation
  • A solid hands-on grasp of user-cantered design (UCD), rapid prototyping, user testing, and A/B testing would be an advantage. 
  • Knowledgeable in Hospitality related systems, Membership Reward Management or Hotel System would be an advantage 
  • Knowledge of China market insight and digital trends in guest experience is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, CoreMetrics, WebTrends) and how they inform product enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. Mandarin is an advantage.
