We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Listed Product Business Support team, under our Operations Department.
Responsibilities
Handle daily tasks on trade, settlement and clearing for Hong Kong market and China stock connect, including but not limited to SBL, IPO and placement
Perform daily tasks for market data management such as instrument creation, market price management, static data control, etc.
Resolve operational issues and escalate in accordance with complexity and risk level
Handle requests and enquiries from salesperson, regulators, auditors, IRD, etc.
Prepare and review control reports, investigate exceptions and resolve
Ensure fulfillment of regulatory compliance in day-to-day procedures
Prepare and update procedural documents and handbook
Propose and implement process improvement measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Co-work with peers, supervisors and business lines on product and business development initiatives
Participate ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
Knowledge of general industry practice and regulatory requirements
Solid knowledge of market practice, market operations and regulations in listed products is a plus
Able to work independently with thoughtful and detailed mindset
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
