Responsibilities :

• Perform reception and administrative duties including consultation booking, patient registration, outside treatment facilities booking, hospital admission, patient insurance claims etc.

• Provide clinical support to doctor and nurses during consultations & examinations

• Provide excellent customer service to patient and address their needs

• Perform duties as assigned and support day-to-day operations
  
  

Requirements:

• HKDSE graduate, being able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and basic English

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience

• Relevant experience in clinical work, operation of clinical software and cashiering

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in the medical/healthcare field
