Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the admissions team with data entry, filing, and processing student applications.
• Manage the student helpdesk, assisting student with inquiries
• Work with the receptionists as a team, welcome and direct parents and visitors to the meeting venue
• Manage the scheduling and tidiness of meeting rooms in the school office.
• Assist in school events
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and administrative work as assigned 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with minimum 3-year reception or office administration experience
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Pleasant, organized and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Word Office, Google Workspace and Chinese Word Processing

Commencement date 17 August 2026.
