Our clients is an local bank and they are seeking for experienced Business Development Manager to join their Business Banking team.

Main Responsibilities

• Acquire new SME banking clients and make sales referrals to meet targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and identify new business opportunities
• Achieve KPIs and support department goals
• Contact business professionals through calls and meetings

Requirements

• Secondary school or above
• 3 years’ sales experience in retail or SME/commercial banking
• Outgoing and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of banking products (deposits, credit cards, payroll)
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• IIQE (1 & 2) qualified
