Executive Officer II(s) (Ref. 260001A2) (Closing date: August 11, 2026)
The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) providing executive support to the University Secretariat on legal compliance, governance, statutory and regulatory matters; (b) providing administrative support in the CUHK Ordinance revamp exercise; (c) supporting the work of the Council Governance and Corporate Sustainability Committee (GCSC) and carrying out the GCSC’s initiatives, including the self-assessment exercise of Council Committees; and (d) performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) fulfilled the language requirements set out on the website: https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo; (iii) at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification executive experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) strong organisational and problem-solving skills; and (vi) a meticulous mindset and self-motivation, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. Prior work experience in automation or legal matters will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity.
