“Company Description:

Crown Wine Cellars Limited is an exclusive Private Members’ Club and Wine Cellar Facility with offices located both in Shouson Hill, Hong Kong Island and Tuen Mun (1 min to Tuen Mun MTR station) providing fine wine storage services.  

Title: CS clerk

Responsibilities:

• Transfer client’s instructions to internal work orders

• Provide occasional clerical and administrative support to the department on daily operations

• Documents filing

• Execute other assignments as appointed by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• DSE/HKAL or above with basic PC Skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong English and Chinese word processing skills with high accuracy and good attention to details

• Well organized, self-motivated, detailed-mind, responsible and good time management

• Good communication skills

• Able to work in high-pressure working environment

• Minimum 1 year working experience, experience in logistics industry or inventory management will be an advantage

• Native Speaker in Cantonese, good command in English

• Immediately available preferred
