人云亦云終究救不了金魚

革菊是一隻有著美麗尾鰭的金魚，紅色又透著金色光澤的牠很受主人喜愛，也因為怕被其他魚種碰壞了牠招展的尾鰭，革菊從小就被養在一只開口有細緻雕花的球形小魚缸中。牠剛開始被放入小水缸時，很害怕的快速游動，似乎想找一個遮蔽物躲起來，然而當牠游動了一下，就碰到透光似無物的玻璃，這小小的驚嚇讓牠快速地回頭遊，才一下下的光景牠又碰到了另一面玻璃，牠於是再換了一個方向，又撞到看似無形的牆，再換一次方向，一樣的疼痛與驚嚇還是同樣發生…。一段時間之後，革菊明白了，屬於牠的活動範圍就是這麼大，除了沒有水的那一面之外，其他方向都是有限制的。雖然牠不知道這圍繞著自己的東西叫做水，然而牠知道牠需要在這樣的環境中才能呼吸。這就意味著，牠只能在一個看不到邊界的球形範圍內活動。其實這個球形空間並沒有不好，除了定時會有食物從沒有水的那一面拋進來，有時還會有水草或是會轉動的玩具陪牠晃來晃去。漸漸的，革菊長大了許多，尾鰭招展的像似盛開的花朵。豔紅的牠在水裡來去自如，牠已經忘了什麼是無形的牆，因為何時該轉彎或停下已經記憶在牠的身體裡，牠可以自在優雅的四處游晃，只是路徑的總和仍是一個球形。

做老闆的條件

立品很少寫文章給身為老闆的人，其實不是自己沒當過老闆，而是做老闆真的不是容易的事。曾經我以為，如果可以揀，我寧願不要有下屬，因為我害怕要替下屬解決自己也未必有答案的問題、我害怕要管人家幾點鐘返工（尤其當你不止有一個手下而其中一個寧舍唔生性時候）、我討厭有人「聲控」我（例如不管甚麼時候，只要他一遇到問題的時候他就覺得可以隨時「㩒制」叫我、我好怕要幫人教仔教女（簡單如冇禮貌冇自覺性…）、我更怕公司好耐都批唔出加薪申請而手下個個眼甘甘望住我又或者開始因此而懶散，總之下刪300字，你懂的。只是人生有些事唔係下下到你揀，除非你好似前陣子中秋那兩位人兄兩票中了六合彩頭獎而可以選擇唔做。否則，只要當上了人家老闆，立品就仍然覺得你有做好呢份工的需要，而做好這份工，更包含了不止對上層，而是對下層的應對能力。首先你一定要盡量公平，不能「大細超」，在給予某甲同事一些獎賞的同時也别忽略某乙同事的心情和想法，否則你一定被人詬病。你一定要自律，其身不正是很容易樹立壞榜樣的，小如上班時間、守時、對下屬的稱呼及不貪小便宜（小如不夾錢但跟同事分享零食）都不應該忽視。你一定要勤力和進取，你的手下才會清楚知道自己跟了甚麼老闆而自發性地跟貼你的步伐。你必須盡量跟下屬分享你對公司的業務和形勢的看法，即使不得已要服從上級的取態，也應該盡量在可能的範圍內跟他們分析你的看法和利弊。

Established in 1984, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) is the only surveying professional body incorporated by ordinance in Hong Kong. As of 1 August 2014, the number of members reached 8927, of which 6049 were corporate members, 66 were associate members and 2812 were probationers and students. HKIS work includes setting standards for professional services and performance, establishing codes of ethics, determining requirements for admission as professional surveyors, and encouraging members to upgrade skills through continuing professional development.
