上期講咗寫靚份 CV 係幾咁重要，所謂顏值即正義，所以教咗點樣幫張 CV 揀啱字型，戰衣就揀好嘞，今期就講吓點樣排版（typography），化番個靚妝啦。 Download 個 template 咪得囉？ 今時今日寫 CV，梗係冇人會再對住個空白嘅 Word file 慢慢揼啦，一定係 download template 㗎喎，咁有人就會覺得既然都有 template，啲排版呀、design 呀都唔駛自己操心㗎啦。 少年你太年輕嘞。係，個 template 本來係好靚仔嘅，但係當你將自己嘅資料 copy 晒落去個 template 果陣就唔係㗎啦。
有冇見過人踢拖、背心、短褲咁去見工？CV用錯字型，嚴重性就好似着錯衫去見工一樣——見光死，任你張CV吹到曉飛，面試對答如流，都改變唔到interviewer對你嘅印象，因為根據研究，第一印象會喺3至5秒內形成，而且持續好長時間，今後都好難再改變。 如果你為咗面試買咗套suit、皮鞋，出發前仲要gel頭，咁實在冇理由唔花3分鐘為你張CV化個靚妝先send出街見人。 同樣嘅字型仲可以用喺Cover letter，就好似西裝外套要襯番條西褲同對皮鞋一樣，除咗好睇之外，視覺上consistent啲，感覺更pro。
履歷表（CV）通常只會被選擇性略讀，所以一份簡單、清晰、準確的CV是獲取面試機會的首要條件。僱主收到的求職信隨時過百份，當然不可能花上幾小時細閱每一份。拿起CV的頭幾秒，已決定了求職者的命運：看上去能符合基本應徵條件，就會納入考慮之列；條件不合或資料不清晰的，便沒有機會了。 僱主會著眼於求職者的學歷和工作經驗去決定是否符合職位的要求。你需要合理地編排資料次序，務求清晰準確並易於閱讀。因此，撰寫履歷表時最好參考特定格式。負責招聘的人事部通常十分眼利，能將錯誤一一找出，所以求職者切記要提高CV的準確性。建議大家撰寫履歷表時使用串字檢查，重覆細讀，甚至請其他人幫忙校對，以確保內容、文法及行文風格上都沒有出錯。
CV 和附信寫得恰如其分，是求職者通向面試階段至關重要的一步。CV 務求精簡，一頁為好，不宜超過兩頁。列出工作經驗時，可以選用筆記形式代替完整句子，例如 Organized adventure package tours for large groups, trained and supervised new staff members, maintained partner relationships. Showed ability to work well as part of a team.

If you do not demonstrate that you meet them or if your information is unclear, your CV will head straight to the recycling bin.
