【職場心理學】試用期未過就想辭職——你唔係廢，可能係間公司真係出咗問題

搵到第一份工，係興奮嘅。 CV改咗幾十次，面試前一晚練習到第二朝，入職嗰日特登早起、買件新衫、預備好心情。你心諗：终於有工開。但係三個月之後，啲嘢開始唔對路。工作群組晚上十點幾send緊message，標記你，話「份報表你跟進一下」；上司當住同事面話你：「讀咗咁多年書，呢樣嘢都整唔掂？」；HR面試時話「我哋係大家庭文化」，但係OT唔補水，連年假都要好小心先敢攞。某日你鼓起勇氣提意見，上司望你一眼：「你入職幾耐先？」你坐落去張辦公室椅，突然什麼都不想動。你開始問自己：係咪我真係唔夠捱得？係咪而家所有人都話年輕人唔捱得，所以係我有問題？有時喺輔導工作中，我見到唔少二十出頭的年輕人，用幾乎聽唔到嘅聲音問我：「係唔係我太嬌生慣養？」每次我都想話佢聽：唔係。你以為撐唔住係你個人有問題？唔係嘅。喺心理學入面，一個健康嘅工作環境，需要有「心理安全感」（Psychological Safety）——即係一個人可以提問、犯錯、表達不同意見，而唔使擔心被羞辱或者被邊緣化（Edmondson, 1999）。當呢種基本嘅安全感長期缺失，人嘅自信與動力係會慢慢蒸發嘅——然後你開始以為，係自己嘅問題。唔係你廢。係你身處嘅環境令你相信你廢。呢兩件事，有天淵之別。就好似你第一日去健身房，教練話：「今日直接舉一百公斤。舉唔到代表你唔夠努力。」——唔係你體能有問題，係根本冇人幫你建立基礎，然後將失敗歸咎於你。想識別一個職場係咪真係有問題，停一停，問自己兩件事：「我係累，定係越嚟越覺得自己冇用？」「係某幾件事令我唔開心，定係成個環境令我唔安全？」前者係你需要休息的信號；後者係環境出問題的信號。唔係每份工都值得你用健康去換。今晚返到屋企，唔需要即刻決定留定走。只係靜靜問自己一句：「嗰份對工作最初嘅熱情，仲喺唔喺度？」你嘅感受，從來唔係太敏感。你嘅不安，值得被認真對待。參考資料Edmondson, A. 引言：當「客觀」的演算法學會了人類的偏見在數位轉型的浪潮下，越來越多企業依賴人工智能（AI）與機器學習來進行自動化決策，從履歷篩選、信用評級到醫療診斷，AI 無處不在。許多人曾誤以為由數據驅動的 AI 系統是絕對中立且客觀的。然而，現實卻證明了 AI 系統會像一面鏡子，無情地反映並放大隱藏在訓練數據與人類社會中的歷史偏見。AI 偏見（AI Bias）與公平性（Fairness）問題，已成為現代企業治理與永續發展（ESG）中不可迴避的重大挑戰。 AI 偏見對依賴 AI 企業的深遠影響當企業將帶有偏見的 AI 系統投入商業運作時，將面臨多個層面的嚴重衝擊。首先，在品牌聲譽方面，一旦 AI 系統被發現存在性別、種族或年齡歧視，企業首當其衝面臨的便是強烈的公眾抵制與媒體公關危機，多年累積的消費者信任可能在朝夕間毀於一旦。其次是沉重的法律與監管風險，隨著各國政府（如歐盟的《人工智能法案》）正加緊對 AI 應用的監管，帶有偏見的決策極可能違反反歧視相關法律，導致企業面臨巨額罰款與集體訴訟。除了外部風險，AI 偏見也會造成內部的商業決策失誤與財務損失。基於偏差數據訓練出的模型，必然會產生錯誤的預測與決策。例如，金融機構可能因此錯誤地拒絕優質客戶的貸款申請，或企業人資部門錯失了極具潛力的優秀人才，這些都會直接削弱企業的盈利能力與市場競爭力。此外，作為社會公民，若企業推出的 AI 產品在無形中加劇了社會的不平等，將嚴重違背企業社會責任（CSR）以及聯合國永續發展目標（UN SDGs），進而影響具備 ESG 意識的投資人意願。真實案例分析：AI 偏見引發的商業災難為了更具體地說明 AI 偏見的殺傷力，我們必須回顧幾個全球知名的真實企業事件。第一個經典案例發生在 2018 年的 Amazon。這家全球電商巨頭曾投入巨資開發一套 AI 系統來自動篩選求職者的履歷，希望能藉此高效找出頂尖人才。然而，工程師很快發現該系統對女性求職者存在嚴重的偏見。探究其根源，是因為該 AI 模型的訓練數據來自 Amazon 過去十年收到的履歷；由於科技業過去主要由男性主導，系統因而「學習」到了男性候選人較受青睞的錯誤因果關係。演算法甚至會自動對履歷中包含「女子」字眼（如「女子西洋棋社社長」）的項目予以扣分。儘管工程師不斷嘗試修正演算法，最終仍無法保證系統的絕對公平，迫使 Amazon 放棄了這個秘密開發多年的專案，並引發了全球對科技業性別不平等的廣泛撻伐。另一個著名的例子是 2019 年 Apple 與 Goldman Sachs 合作推出的 Apple Card 所引發的信用額度演算法爭議。該產品曾被多位知名人士（包含蘋果共同創辦人 Steve […]
