The Job

Client: A fast-growing Property Group
Position: QS Manager
Project: Mixed luxury residential and commercial development in Myanmar
Responsibilities: Working under the the Head of QS department and leading a small team for full QS functions including contracts management; budget & cost control; handling claims and certifing payments
$50-60K. 5-day. Bonus. Medical

Requirements

Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
Professional qualification; RICS, HKIS
Min. 10 years QS experience gained from property developers / consultants / hospitality group
Ideally possess hotel resort project experience
Solid experience in contract administration
Good leadership and people management skills
Good command of Chinese and English
Willing to station in Myanmar
