The Job

Client: An established Engineering Contractor
Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Operation Manager and lead a team for the maintenance of water treatment plant / facilities:-
- Planning for preventive maintenance & facility improvement;
- Prepare budgeting report; Cost control
- Emergent breakdown maintenance
- Manpower planning; Warehouse & inventory management and Procurement;
- Maintain and review operation manual & maintenance procedures
- Ensure facility operation complies with EHS regulations
$45-55K. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

Degree holder in Construction or Engineering related disciplines
Min. 5 years experience in plant / facilities maintenance of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
Relevant experience in water treatment facilities will be an advantage
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Good command of languages
More experienced candidate will be considered as Maintenance Manager
