Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and clerical support to the medical practitioners and management 

• Maintain and follow up medical and medico-legal reports and correspondence

• Manage and coordinate travel arrangement and schedule

• Coordinate and prepare meeting schedule, agenda and minutes

• Ensure proper record filing and document updated in a timely manner

• Participate and assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or above with 3 years of experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Medical Clerk.

• Work experience in clinic/hospital would be an advantage

• Fluent in English and Cantonese. Proficient in Mandarin

• A good team player who is well organised and self-motivated

• Able to work under pressure and be attentive to details

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Immediately available is preferred
