THE ROLE :

• You will work closely with the Marketing Director and support key marketing and business initiatives across different countries. 

• You will gain hands-on experience in market research, customer relationship management, project coordination and cross-functional communication.

• This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organized and interested in developing a career in the fashion, sporting goods or manufacturing industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support the Marketing Director in planning and implementing marketing strategies and business initiatives.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, business opportunities and customer needs.

• Analyze competitors and market information to support business decisions.

• Collect and review customer feedback and market insights.

• Coordinate with merchandising teams in Shenzhen and Southeast Asia.

• Assist in managing key accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance and account development.

• Organize customer visits, business meetings and presentations.

• Ensure clear and accurate communication between customers and internal teams.

• Work with sales, production, merchandising and logistics teams to support customer projects.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities and customer presentations.

• Maintain marketing materials, company information and brand assets.

• Support project management by following up on timelines, deliverables and action items.

• Help identify operational issues and improve communication and working processes.

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation and meeting preparation.
