Role Mission

To lead and transform the APAC commercial organization into a high-performing, accountable, and growth-driven engine by accelerating revenue expansion, strengthening strategic customer partnerships, and instilling disciplined sales execution across China and Southeast Asia.

Role Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Sales Leader APAC to lead and accelerate revenue growth across China and Southeast Asia.
This role carries full accountability for regional sales performance, including revenue growth, new account acquisition, strategic account expansion, margin quality, and forecast accuracy.
You will lead multi-country sales teams, drive new business development, and elevate commercial discipline by improving pipeline visibility, sales operating cadence, and team accountability.
This role requires a leader who can balance strategic direction with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver APAC sales performance across China and Southeast Asia, with clear accountability for revenue growth, margin quality, and overall business performance.
Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing strategic accounts to achieve measurable growth in both scale and profitability.
Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams across multiple locations, strengthening team capability, performance management, and accountability.
Improve sales effectiveness by enhancing pipeline visibility, increasing forecast accuracy, and establishing a disciplined sales operating rhythm.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with global brands, retailers, sourcing offices, and manufacturers to support long-term business growth.
Support nomination-driven business development and solution-based selling to secure high-value opportunities.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies by market, customer segment, and product category to maximize commercial impact.
Monitor and drive team performance against defined KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery of business targets across the region.
Travel within the region as required.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 15 years of sales or commercial leadership experience, preferably within APAC.
Strong market expertise in China and Southeast Asia.
Proven experience managing cross-country, multi-location sales teams.
Industry background in zippers, trims, packaging, labels, apparel accessories, or related supply chain solutions.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, new business wins, and strategic account expansion.
Well-established network across global brands, sourcing offices, factories, and supply chain partners.
Strong understanding of international customer expectations and Asian manufacturing environments.
Hands-on leadership style with strong execution focus and commercial acumen.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred.
