The applicant must possess:
a recognized degree in Creative Media, Multimedia Design, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline;
a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in a creative agency, production house, or corporate communications environment, with proven track record of managing complex multimedia projects from conception to completion;
proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) is required; solid understanding of website UI/UX principles, digital platforms, and Content Management Systems (CMS);
hands-on experience in multimedia production, media asset management, digital archiving, and audio-visual (AV) support;
a strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design, typography, layout, and storytelling capabilities;
strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills;
up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, social media formats, and emerging multimedia technologies; and
good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include:
to support the Senior Manager in the custodian of the organisation's visual identity and ensure all creative outputs adhere to corporate brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, professional image across all channels;
to develop creative concepts and multimedia content that effectively communicate corporate messages and support strategic communications objectives;
to manage the full lifecycle of video and multimedia production, including storyboarding, filming, photography, editing, motion graphics, colour grading, and sound mixing;
to transform complex information and data into engaging visual, video, and digital storytelling assets for internal and external stakeholders;
to oversee the visual presentation, UI design, and user experience of corporate digital platforms, and recommend enhancements based on user engagement insights;
to support the planning and execution of corporate events, press conferences, seminars, and PR activities, including the provision of professional AV and live-streaming support;
to manage digital assets, archives, vendors, and production resources, ensuring effective governance, cost efficiency, and quality delivery; and
to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
