【職場 Hacker】從滑 YouTube 到開腦洞:用「第一原理閱讀法」解鎖創意

現代人學習速度前所未有地快——打開 YouTube、滑 Shorts、問 ChatGPT,幾乎所有答案都唾手可得。   但問題是,我們真的「會用」這些知識嗎?   在AI 時代,要有創意,不靠靈感,而靠思考的結構。而閱讀,正是重建這個結構的關鍵。   快知識讓人知道更多,卻思考得更少   YouTube 和 ChatGPT 是這一代最強大的學習工具,卻也最容易讓人誤以為自己「甚麼都懂了」。   你可能看了十部創業影片,但仍說不清該先建立產品還是找客戶;   問了五次 AI,得到了許多答案,卻少了一個「為什麼」。   快知識訓練我們接受訊息,而非組合訊息。   閱讀則反其道而行,它迫使我們自行推理、重組邏輯,這種「腦內建構」能力,正是創意的根源。   靈感不是突然出現,而是由閱讀累積出的邏輯爆發。   第一性原理閱讀法:像 Elon Musk 那樣思考   「第一性原理 First Principle」是企業家 Elon Musk 的思維祕訣——他不照抄別人經驗,而是拆解問題到最基本的原理,再重新構成新答案。   這個方法同樣適用於閱讀。   第一性原理閱讀法:三步練習 1. 解構問題:讀書時不只是記金句重點,而是問——這個概念背後的假設是什麼?   2. 反推邏輯:若我在不同環境下,這個理論還會成立嗎?   3. 重構觀點:結合自身經驗,創造適合自己的新模型。   這樣的閱讀方式,不再是吸收,而是創造。   它讓你從「照搬別人答案」轉為「設計自己解法」。   書本,是腦內的「模擬器」   為什麼許多成功創辦人仍堅持閱讀?   因為每本書都像一個「思想模擬器」,讓你在不犯錯的前提下體驗不同的思維模型。   讀 《Out of the Maze》,能學習如何擺脫舊信念;   讀 《How to Think like a CEO》,能訓練決策視角;   這些書的價值,不在資訊,而在「思考的順序」。   職場 Hacker 懂得從文字中訓練腦路線,讓自己在面對問題時並不慌亂,而是更快找到突破口。   真正的閱讀,不是在頁數,而在啟動你幾次「Aha!」的瞬間。   三個提升「創意閱讀力」的秘訣   1. 跨領域讀書——   不要只看本業。從心理學、藝術、歷史汲取想法,你會發現創意往往來自不同世界的交集。   2. 聯想筆記法——   把書中概念與你當前的工作挑戰對應起來,連成「應用地圖」。每條連線,都是一個新點子。   3. 分享是最好的創造——   試著在週會或社群中分享一本書帶給你的靈感。輸出能強化記憶,也會啟發更多人回饋。   創意來自持續閱讀,而非偶然靈感   創意看似隨機,其實可訓練。   當別人依賴 AI 生成內容時,你卻能因閱讀積累出判斷與觀點——這,就是職場 Hacker 的差距。   閱讀是一種腦內駭改:   把既有的知識拆開重組,創造屬於你的思考新模式。   行動挑戰 Action Challenge:   這週選一本你平常不會讀的書——心理學也好、傳記也行。   問自己三個問題:這本書解釋了甚麼核心原理?它在哪裡或許不適用?我能如何改進它?   恭喜你,這就是「第一原理閱讀法」的第一步。

老闆畀嘢做你果時,淨係識得講「冇問題」或者「OK」?老實講,呢啲答法聽落好似好順得人意,但其實可能會俾人覺得你敷衍。想喺職場突圍而出,展現你嘅專業同領導潛質,又應該點答? 「No Problem」同「冇問題」有問題?喺我哋嘅廣東話文化入面,「冇問題」好似好萬能,但係當你用喺工作上,呢個答覆其實冇傳達任何額外嘅訊息。正如影片中講到,”No problem” 呢個英文詞組,”no” 同 “problem” 本身都帶有負面嘅意思,可能畀人感覺敷衍。 有承擔嘅領袖會點樣講?想表現得更有自信、更具承擔,你可以嘗試以下呢啲正面又積極嘅回覆: With pleasure! (好樂意!) Glad to be of assistance. (好高興幫到手。) 交俾我啦! 呢啲答案唔單止直接表達你嘅意願,仲傳達緊一個積極嘅態度,令到派工作俾你嘅人更加放心,同時亦會覺得你係一個願意投入同合作嘅好隊友,喺建立良好嘅工作關係方面非常重要。 點解呢啲說法咁有效? 當你用正面嘅詞語回應,你會俾到人一個感覺:你唔單只係被動接受任務,而係主動參與。呢種態度會建立起一種信任感,令到你嘅上司同事都覺得你係一個可以信賴嘅人。長遠嚟講,呢種積極嘅態度會為你喺職場上贏得更多機會同尊重。 所以,下次當老闆交嘢俾你做,唔好再淨係識得講「冇問題」啦!嘗試用唔同嘅說話方式,你會發現你嘅職場道路會變得更加順暢。
