Job Duties:

• Manage discipline, conduct, and performance of Data Centre Operators; provide coaching and feedback.

• Ensure smooth Data Centre operations, supervise tasks, and maintain readiness for incidents.

• Maintain housekeeping standards, conduct inspections, and enforce corrective actions.

• Oversee reports, incident logs, SOPs, and audit records; ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Act as liaison between Data Centre and NOC; support communication and change management.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above

• At least 1-2 years' experience in Data Centre operations or IT infrastructure management

• Strong knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power, cooling)

• Familiarity with NOC tools, monitoring systems, and escalation procedures

• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and change management processes
