A Property Developer
Position: Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming inquiries through phone & email from tenants and outside customers on facilities issues, seasonal events and promotional campaigns. Handle and resolve complaints.
$22-25K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

Tertiary educated
Min. 1 year call center customer services experience preferably gained in travel / hospitality / property industry
Good communication skills
Polite, pleasant, friendly
Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Willing to work on shift. (No night shift)
