I had given up my job as an in-house senior designer in a well-known multi-national corporation before becoming a full-time mum for 3 years, during which I worked for multiple marketing agencies as a freelancer on a regular basis. I’m now looking into returning to the workforce as my son is older and one of the afore-mentioned agencies wants to hire me as a full-time designer. It’s understandable that there will be compromise as I will need to care for my family after work. Should I take the offer? What’s your advice?
