財務專業人士的全面健康與動能管理

在節奏快速的數位時代,財務專業人士平日工作忙碌,長時間以坐的姿勢盯着屏幕,卻忽略久坐對身體帶來的壓力和長遠的健康風險。久坐不但會減慢新陳代謝,更增加患上慢性疾病的風險。CIMA 香港希望大家在專注事業發展的同時,也能好好照顧自己的身心健康。因此,除了專業的 CPD Seminar 外,亦積極舉辦多種不同類型的活動,包括適合不同運動程度的運動工作坊、輕鬆寫意的行山活動,緊貼時尚流行的匹克球,放鬆身心的頌頌缽療癒,以及充滿挑戰性的 毅行者訓練,提醒會員在忙碌工作之餘,別忘了動一動,為身心「充下電」。 CIMA特許管理會計師公會香港及新興市場事務總監周春華表示,「這些以運動為目標的活動有別於一貫以專業進修為主的工作坊,而是從關注身體健康出發,鼓勵大家勇於踏出第一步,一齊為健康加分。我相信每一次的嘗試,都是邁向更健康生活的一步。透過不同活動,會員之間不但可以交流工作與生活點滴,亦能舒緩壓力、互相鼓勵,在輕鬆愉快的氣氛中建立恆常運動的習慣,為長期身心健康打好基礎。」有參與活動的會員分享,平日工作節奏緊湊,很容易忽略運動的重要性。這次透過 CIMA 香港舉辦的活動,讓大家在沒有壓力的情況下重新動起來。「活動氣氛好輕鬆,大家一邊做運動,一邊交流工作同生活點滴,感覺多咗好多朋友。又可以傾工作,又可以鼓勵我呢啲平時少運動嘅人踏出第一步。萬事起頭難,好多謝 CIMA 陪我開始第一步!」亦有會員表示,活動不但有助紓緩工作壓力,更讓他們認識了一班志同道合的朋友,提升了持續運動的動力。 ...
